Anna Atkinson is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and composer,
currently living in Toronto.

In 2008, Anna completed her Bachelor of Music at the University of Victoria,
studying viola with Joanna Hood and the Lafayette String Quartet.
While living in Victoria, she and fellow songwriting violist Rachael Cardiello
formed the duo “Blue Richard and the Apricots”.
She also toured internationally with the “Continuum Consort”,
a quartet dedicated to the performance of early and contemporary music.

Anna has worked with dancers, visual artists and composers.
In Toronto, Anna continues to lead a dynamic creative life -
a mixture of classical orchestral and chamber performance,
songwriting, and collaborations with other Toronto musicians.
